Who can join the partner program?
Drivers, existing customers and partners with reach – e.g. agencies, customs agencies, tax advisors, creators or associations – as well as other businesses. The terms are the same for everyone.
How much do I earn?
2 % of your referred customer's net turnover over 12 months — with no cap. There is no minimum order value. Commission arises for every fully completed and fully paid order.
When and how am I paid?
Commissions are credited to your partner account after every fully completed and fully paid order. Payouts are made quarterly. A payout is issued once the balance is at least 100 € at the end of a quarter; if it is lower, it is carried over to the next quarter.
How long do I receive commission for a customer?
12 months from the referred customer’s first order (first use of your voucher code). After that, commission for this customer ends.
What does the referred customer get?
The new customer gets 10 % off their first order, up to 100 €.
Can I refer the same customer again?
No. A customer who has already been referred cannot be referred again – not even after the 12 months have passed.
How does payout by invoice work?
You issue DAGO an invoice for your balance – either yourself or generated automatically by our system. Your bank details appear only on the invoice; we do not store any IBAN.

Terms of participation
§ 1 Referring partner
- Eligible to participate are drivers, existing customers, partners with reach (agencies, customs agencies, tax advisors, creators, associations, etc.) and other businesses.
- Participation requires a business or self-employed activity, as payouts are made against an invoice.
- After activation by DAGO Express, the partner receives a personal voucher code.
- The remuneration is 2 % of the referred customer’s net turnover over 12 months. There is no minimum order value — the commission accrues from the first paid order.
- The commission is not capped. Only fully completed and fully paid orders earn commission — cancelled, open, partially paid or refunded orders do not; amounts already credited are reversed in those cases.
- The 12-month period starts with the referred customer’s first order (first use of the code). After it ends, no further commission is calculated.
§ 2 Referred new customer
- The referred customer must be a new customer (no existing business relationship with DAGO Express).
- The new customer gets 10 % off their first order, up to 100 €.
- A customer who has already been referred cannot be referred again – not even after the period has ended.
§ 3 Payout
- Commissions are credited to the partner account after each paid order.
- Payouts are made quarterly. A payout is issued once the balance is at least 100 € at the end of a quarter; if it is lower, it is carried over to the next quarter.
- Payment is made against an invoice — you can upload your own or have the system create one. An invoice created by the system counts as a self-billing invoice agreed in advance.
- Bank details are given on the invoice only; no IBAN is stored.
- All commission amounts are net. The partner is responsible for paying tax on them. VAT is shown where it applies; small businesses show none, and partners based outside Germany invoice without German VAT (reverse charge, where applicable).
§ 4 Referral and attribution
- A referred customer is assigned to the partner only if the voucher code is entered with the first order. Assignment after the fact is not possible.
- If several partners refer the same customer, only the code used with the first order counts.
- When sharing the code, the following are not allowed: unsolicited advertising (spam) by e-mail, SMS, messenger or telephone; search engine ads on the DAGO brand or similar terms; publishing the code on voucher and discount portals; creating the impression of acting on behalf of DAGO Express; misleading or false statements about DAGO Express or the program.
§ 5 General provisions
- Self-referrals and referrals of already existing customers are excluded.
- Taking part in the program creates neither an employment relationship nor a commercial agency relationship. The partner is not entitled to represent DAGO Express or to make declarations on its behalf.
- In case of abuse or fraud, DAGO Express reserves the right to cancel bonuses and block accounts.
- DAGO Express may adjust or end the program at any time. Changes apply to the future only; commissions already properly earned are paid out, including below 100 €. Where abuse or fraud is confirmed, no payout is made.
- DAGO Express may terminate the partnership with immediate effect in case of unfair behaviour, deception, manipulation or breach of these terms.
- In the event of reasonable suspicion of abuse or fraud, DAGO Express may temporarily suspend payouts and withhold outstanding commissions until the matter is clarified.
- Commissions obtained wrongfully or through inadmissible referrals are forfeited and may be reclaimed or offset against future balance.
- If abuse or fraud is confirmed, all claims of the partner under this program are forfeited — including commissions already credited but not yet paid out. DAGO Express retains these amounts and is not obliged to pay them out. Abuse includes in particular false or multiple accounts as well as attempts to circumvent these rules; such cases may additionally lead to permanent exclusion.
- German law applies. Where the partner is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt (Oder).
- Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
